We want to enable everyone to:
Explore the meaning of wellbeing and create a shared understanding with others.
Develop their own agency towards creating a better state of wellbeing for themselves, others and eventually, our society, thereby bridging the gap between knowing and doing.
We want you to get five key things from the Wellbeing Movement platform:
Meet people who are interesting in wellbeing who live near you, who do the same things, or who care about the same topics.
Make better, more well-informed decisions about the everyday choices that are most important to your wellbeing.
Swap stories, experiences, and ideas (not just advice) around our wellbeing.
Find a little inspiration, solutions, thought-provoking conversations, and expert perspective each and every day.
Opportunities to learn and practice with others.
The inspiration for this network has come from the encouraging response we have received from many participants of the Wellbeing Movement community, under its different projects.
The idea of this network platform comes from our own experience of the community platforms created by The Weaving Lab and the Presencing Institute. We are also grateful for the spark on Network Engagement that was offered by June Holly.
